MENTAL SPIRITUAL
Spirituality is a belief and practice in a power
operating in the universe that is greater than oneself as well as a way one finds meaning, hope, comfort and inner peace in
one’s life. For those who are taught
and practice spiritual principles of positive faith in a higher power, believe in positive results and see the positive in
all situations live years longer than the national average.
SCRIPTURES
GENESIS 1: 26 - 28
26
Then God said,"Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea,
over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 Then
God blessed them, and God said to them,"Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the
fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
NKJV
ROMANS
10: 17
So then faith comes by
hearing, and hearing by the word of God. NKJV
HEBREWS 11: 6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to
God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. NKJV
MENTAL
The only thing that a person has absolute total control over is their mind. A Thought
produces an action. Action done over and over again create a habit. A Habit that is not
broken produces a character. A Character lived out will produce a Destiny. Positive healthy
thoughts produce positive healthy actions. Positive healthy actions create positive healthy
habits.
